Your new company

My client is a global organisation that offers end-to-end project management and consulting services across the logistics and industrial sectors. Different to your standard PM firms, the PM function of this business is only a small part of what they do for their global clients. This particular role is data centres, but long term could be a broad variety.

Having placed my 3rd PM here before Christmas, their construction PM service arm has a brilliant culture. Like-minded, hands-on, builder background individuals, you will have energy, offer good banter and be the individual that helps your teammates through those tougher times.

This time they require a senior/contract administrator that can be seconded into one of their major data centre clients.

Your new role

Your role is as Senior / Contract Administrator supports the delivery of data centre and critical infrastructure projects by assisting with commercial administration, contract management and project documentation. Working closely with the Commercial Lead, Project Managers and client stakeholders, the role helps ensure strong commercial governance, accurate reporting and smooth day‑to‑day project operations.

Data Cntres is the firts project, beyond this could be any of their other global clients.

Able to be based 3/4 days in modern head office Melbourne CBD, and 1 or 2 days/week site based North/West

What you'll need to succeed

Strong communication skills and confidence, you will manage all stakeholders within the process.

Degree qualified in construction management or quantity surveying

5 - 10 years experience as a CA

LONGEVITY with organisations- no jumping around, no contract roles.

Strong background with VIC Tier 1 or 2 commercial/industrial builder

Be honest- do you add to a culture? strong personality and able to enjoy yourself.

Experience working on data centres would be ideal- if not other large $30m+ projects
