About The Role

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Building Services scope is delivered in full and compliant with all standards & scope requirements.
• Subcontractor management
• Collaboration and coordination with the wider project team & all stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project
• Design, Construction & Commissioning programme coordination
• Stay abreast of all technological, best practice & statutory changes within the industry.

Qualifications/Skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Building Services Engineering (or related field) – Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years industry experience
• Knowledge of relevant codes & standards
• Strong communication skills

With a strong pipeline of work, we are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the business based in Brisbane, QLD. We are open to applicants who either have previous Building Services Engineering experience through working as a Builder, Project Engineers & Managers from a HVAC or Electrical background or Consulting Engineers looking to get involved in more site based activities. With the right attitude, we will work with you to grow into a CSI Services Engineer.
