As they continue to invest in product innovation and platform evolution, they are now looking to bring on a Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth.

Your new role

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of key components of the product suite, operating at the intersection of technology, customer needs, and commercial outcomes.

You will be responsible for reviewing existing product capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the roadmap to enhance functionality and scalability. A key focus of the role will be leading integration initiatives across systems and platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-performing user experience.

Working closely with engineering, internal stakeholders, and customers, you will play a hands-on role in delivering new features and evolving the platform to meet the demands of a growing, multi-market business.

What will you need to succeed?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within fintech, payments, or a related domain
• Strong understanding of payment systems (direct debit experience highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and enhancing existing products
• A track record of defining and executing product roadmaps
• Exposure to platform integrations and scalable, multi-market environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
• Experience working with regulated environments or public sector clients will be highly advantageous.
