About The Role
The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects, implementations, and ongoing services across Fenwick.
This role sits at the centre of our business — coordinating projects, development, and operations support to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
You will own delivery performance, improve execution standards, and help scale our delivery model as we continue to grow our consulting footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own the successful delivery of customer projects end-to-end
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and delivery dependencies
- Drive consistency and predictability across all engagements
Team Management
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, support)
- Provide structure, clarity, and accountability across delivery teams
- Support team performance and utilisation improvement
- Manage Project and Client allocations, negotiating and triaging resources to balance workloads
- Developing reports and processes around resource skills and allocation matching
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Act as the escalation point for delivery-related matters
- Ensure expectations are clearly defined and consistently met
Commercial Oversight
- Monitor project financial performance including margins and utilisation
- Contribute to forecasting and delivery capacity planning
- Support sales through scoping, estimation validation, and delivery planning
Process & Quality Improvement
- Drive adoption of delivery frameworks, tools, and standards
- Improve delivery efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Fenwick’s delivery model
About you
You are a structured and commercially minded delivery leader who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar role 5+ years senior experience
- Experience delivering ERP or SaaS solutions (Dynamics 365 Business Central highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and margins
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
Highly Desirable
- Experience in a Microsoft Partner environment
- Exposure to Azure DevOps, Zendesk, Smartsheet or similar tools
- Experience scaling delivery processes or teams
