The short version

You own the brand. Content, communications, community, influencer, acquisition, retail activations — the lot. You're the person who turns Holme from a brand people love into a brand people can't stop talking about, then turns that noise into sales across D2C, retail and, before long, the US and UK.

This is a leadership team role. You'll build and lead the brand department — a Graphic Designer, an Editor and a Content, Digital & Social Channel Manager sit with you — and you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Hilary on messaging, brand hierarchy and every new product launch. It's hands-on. You'll be in the data on Monday and shooting content by Thursday.

What you'll own

  • Brand, content, comms and community strategy — the whole story of how Holme shows up and grows.
  • Influencer and community — find them, sign them, brief them, and build relationships that actually move product.
  • Retail store activations — bring the brand to life in physical space and make launches land.
  • International trade pitches — build and support the brand case as we push into the US and UK.
  • Acquisition and repeat purchase — own the metrics that grow the customer base across D2C, retail and international.
  • New product launches — partner with Hilary on messaging, hierarchy and go-to-market for every drop.
  • The brand team — lead, set the standard, and get the best work out of designers and content support.

How you'll work

You'll commercially review the marketing numbers — the stats, the data, what's working and what's dead weight — and turn that into real action, week on week. Not quarterly reviews. Weekly moves that grow the channel.

  • Hands-on with the tools: Shopify, Canva, AI tools, editing. You can build the asset, not just brief it.
  • Strong assets to the table — including video. You know what good looks like and you can make it.
  • Tight loop with Hilary on voice, hierarchy and the big calls.
  • Test, read, react. Fast.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience scaling a brand — you've done growth, not just maintained it.
  • A track record across multiple channels and ideally multiple markets.
  • Beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand experience — you get this category and the customer.
  • Real influencer and community chops, plus a feel for retail and international expansion.
  • Commercial brain — you read data and turn it into decisions.
  • Confident across Shopify, Canva, AI tools and video/editing.
  • Leadership instinct — you can build a small, sharp team and lift everyone's work.
  • Comfortable in a founder-led, fast-moving environment where you own the outcome.
