What will you be doing?

Your role involves provision of a high-quality administrative and customer support such as:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from program participants, employers, partners and staff providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate bulk communication emails with PEV participants regarding employment matching activities
  • Assist with hosting and moderating employment-related webinars for groups of participants
  • Assist with conducting 1 on 1 support to PEV participants, including interview preparation, understanding participants’ employment goals, desired settlement location and timeframe, and coordinating referrals with employer partners
  • Manage resume and cover letter reviews for PEV participants to ensure they meet Australian employment standards
  • Assist in the scheduling of job interviews and webinars
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, ensuring that all stakeholders’ information and service details are correctly documented in the CRM system

Who are you?

Skills and experience we would like you to bring include:

  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, stakeholders and community
  • Administration experience is preferred
  • Employment services industry experience. Desired not essential
  • Proven experience in a range of areas ideal including sales, customer service, finance, marketing, recruitment and/or management delivery
  • Well-developed IT and technical skills including Microsoft Office

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
