We are building a talent center of excellence in Newcastle and are looking for three highly motivated Resourcer's to join us at a pivotal time of growth and scale, offering a clear path for professional advancement.
This is a pure resourcing role—your focus is 100% on finding and engaging top talent. There are absolutely no sales targets or requirements. We offer the stability of a permanent role with flexibility, offering both Full-Time and Part-Time permanent options based in our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities
As a Resourcer, you are the engine that keeps our operational talent pipeline robust and flowing.
- Talent outreach & Engagement: Proactively manage high-volume outbound candidate calls. Engaging with talents through outreach, screening and scheduling interviews. Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with candidates to deliver an exceptional experience and keep them warmly connected to our brand.
- Talent Pipelining: Proactively identify, engage, and build a diverse network of top-tier talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Quality Assurance and Assessment: Collaborate closely with the talent delivery center and execute quality candidate assessments, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the process
- Administrative: You'll handle the paperwork, crafting clear CV summaries and making sure every candidate gets a great experience, even when things get a bit tricky.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates are compliant in accordance with client requirements and company policies
Your Profile
We are looking for polished and professional individuals who value process and procedure while maintaining a dynamic, growth-oriented mindset.
- You've Got the Goods: Whether you come from agency and in-house recruitment, outbound Call Centre, Customer Service, Admin, or as a Coordinator, if you know how to speak the language of trades and technical professionals and love building connections in the industrial and operational sectors, we'd love to hear from you.
- What You Bring: You're a natural at engaging, screening, and coordinating people.
- Key ability: You have a genuine knack for building rapport and chatting easily with industrial and operational talent—that's a huge plus for us.
