Naturopath

The Sana Co. is an integrative health clinic based in Geelong, specialising in digestive health, women’s health, hormones, and skin. We are a small, dedicated team of practitioners committed to delivering evidence-informed naturopathic care in a warm, professional environment. Our clients are at the centre of everything we do, and we take pride in the quality of care and the clinical outcomes we achieve together.

We are growing, and we are looking for a passionate naturopath to join us on a maternity leave cover basis, with the genuine possibility of an extended arrangement for the right person.

The Role

This is a clinical naturopath position with a primary focus on skin health, including acne, rosacea, and dermatitis, with a strong appreciation for the gut-skin connection central to how we approach care at The Sana Co. You will work 1–2 days per week from our Geelong clinic, seeing clients across initial and follow-up consultations and contributing to the high standard of care we are known for.

This role extends beyond the treatment room. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our podcast, The Sana Sessions, participate in social media content creation, and help build a local referral network that supports clinic growth. For the right person, this is a role with genuine scope to grow.

This position is well-suited to a new graduate who is motivated, eager to develop their clinical skills in a collaborative environment, and passionate about both skin health and integrative medicine.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting thorough initial and follow-up naturopathic consultations with a primary focus on skin conditions including acne, rosacea, and dermatitis
• Applying a functional gut-skin approach to client care, including interpretation of microbiome and functional gut testing where relevant
• Developing individualised, evidence-informed treatment plans
• Collaborating with a small, experienced team of practitioners
• Maintaining accurate and professional clinical records
• Contributing to The Sana Sessions podcast through guest appearances or co-hosting opportunities
• Participating in social media content creation to support clinic visibility and education
• Actively building and nurturing a local referral network with aligned health professionals
• Contributing to a positive client experience from first contact through to ongoing care

About You

• Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) or equivalent — new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
• Genuine clinical interest in skin health and dermatological conditions
• An understanding of gut health and its relationship to skin, with familiarity or interest in microbiome and functional gut testing considered highly beneficial
• Current NHAA or ANTA membership (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or eligibility to obtain)
• Comfortable contributing to content creation, whether written, recorded, or on social media
• Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach
• A self-starter who is highly motivated to build and grow your own client base
• A proactive problem-solver — you come to the table with solutions, not just problems
• Reliable, professional, and a genuine team player who is invested in the clinic’s growth as well as their own
