The Sales Support team make the sales process seamless to ensure we deliver great results to strengthen client partnerships. What you’ll be doing

  • Support the national sales team in pre and post sales; prepare contracts, process cancellations, assist with complex billing investigations, prepare change of ownership and reporting as required.
  • Credit investigation and determination of outcome based on credit policy and communicate outcome to the customer.
  • Collaborate with ACIL Support Manager to deliver additional training and documentation to support the national sales team.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members to the national sales team
  • Compliance management
  • Booking and managing corporate travel for the broader sales team
  • Regular delivery of reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Billing/Corporate Systems teams to ensure processes are streamlined.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated expertise in a customer focused role.
  • Motivation to work in a support role, completing adhoc tasks based on project and national sales teams requirements.
  • An analytical thinker who’s comfortable working with data and has a keen eye for detail.
