The Sales Support team make the sales process seamless to ensure we deliver great results to strengthen client partnerships. What you’ll be doing
- Support the national sales team in pre and post sales; prepare contracts, process cancellations, assist with complex billing investigations, prepare change of ownership and reporting as required.
- Credit investigation and determination of outcome based on credit policy and communicate outcome to the customer.
- Collaborate with ACIL Support Manager to deliver additional training and documentation to support the national sales team.
- Support the onboarding of new team members to the national sales team
- Compliance management
- Booking and managing corporate travel for the broader sales team
- Regular delivery of reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Billing/Corporate Systems teams to ensure processes are streamlined.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated expertise in a customer focused role.
- Motivation to work in a support role, completing adhoc tasks based on project and national sales teams requirements.
- An analytical thinker who’s comfortable working with data and has a keen eye for detail.
