What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with businesses: You'll work directly with our clients to understand their WHS challenges and guide them toward safer practices.
- Develop tailored solutions: Create tailored documentation, procedures, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), handbooks and action plans tailored to each business.
- Providing on-site support: Regular travel across Adelaide and regional SA to deliver in-person, practical guidance and build long-term client relationships.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 2–3+ years in Health & Safety. Consulting and exposure to high-risk environments are a big plus.
- Qualifications: At minimum, a Certificate IV in WHS.
- Strong communication skills: You can explain complex safety requirements in a way that’s clear, practical and confident.
- Mobility: A current driver’s license is essential – this is a field-based role. (We offer a fleet vehicle or car allowance.)
