About The Role
In this rewarding role, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of meaningful leisure and recreational programs for our residents. You will also play an active role in encouraging and assisting residents to participate in activities that enhance their wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
About You
You are a compassionate and skilled Lifestyle Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment. You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians.
You Will Bring
- Relevant work experience providing Leisure and health programs, preferably in an Aged Care environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents
- Certificate III in Aged Care or a relevant qualification (desirable)
- First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
