The Creative Studio, part of the Group Brand team, delivers standout work across The Lottery Corporation's iconic brands, including Powerball, Lotto and Instant Scratch-Its.

As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll create impactful, multi-channel campaigns for Lotteries and Keno, while leading and mentoring designers. Working closely with the Head of Creative, Video Producers and key stakeholders, you'll drive high-quality, audience-first creative and help evolve

how we work.

What you'll do

  • Interpret briefs and develop innovative creative solutions that deliver against objectives
  • Create audience-first design work tailored across digital, social, print, OOH, video and other campaign channels
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end, from concept development through to final delivery
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and creative team members to ensure high-quality execution
  • Attend shoots, providing creative guidance and direction
  • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all creative aligns to brand standards, systems, and guidelines
  • Contribute to the evolution of creative workflows, design systems, and ways of working
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and champion the value of design internally
  • Lead and mentor designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years' professional design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning brand, digital, and campaign work
  • Experience working within an in-house, agency, or hybrid creative environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to bring original ideas to every brief
  • Ability to confidently concept across multiple formats and channels
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Confident using AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to support ideation and production
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor designers and provide clear creative feedback
  • Comfortable presenting and advocating for creative work and decisions
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing deadlines without compromising quality
  • Curious and culturally aware, with a strong understanding of design trends, visual culture, technology, and the Australian creative landscape
