Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high‑quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Support and mentor care staff to promote best‑practice outcomes
- Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Contribute to a positive, resident‑focused care environment
Key Skills / Qualifications Required
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years post‑registration nursing experience
- Availability to work night shifts and varied rosters
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to person‑centred aged care
- Availability during peak periods (September-October)
- Full Australian working rights
