About The Program
Programmed Training Services, in partnership with WA leading energy operators, are recruiting apprentices for the following trades:
- Mechanical Technician
- Instrumentation Electrician
- Process Plant Technician
This four-year apprenticeship combines nationally recognised training with on-the-job experience across world-class energy facilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build practical trade skills through hands-on and classroom-based learning
- Gain experience in hydrocarbon processing and process plant operations
- Learn to operate facilities safely and efficiently, supported by experienced mentors
- Develop technical skills in demand across the energy and resources sectors

Eligibility Requirements
- Completed Year 12 by January 2027 with sound English, Mathematics and Science results
- Genuine interest in the energy industry and strong commitment to learning
- Ability to work effectively in team-based environments
- Willingness to work FIFO rosters with 12-hour shifts
- Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol screenings
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to live in or relocate to Perth, WA
