As a Keno Business Development Manager, you'll drive performance across your territory by ensuring venues are engaged with the latest customer offers and product updates. You'll maintain and grow the Keno footprint while increasing turnover through a strong call cycle focused on trade relationships, training, product knowledge and in-venue presentation.
This role can be based out of Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Bundaberg or Hervey Bay. A current driver's licence is essential.
What you'll do
- Effectively manage designated high value venue partners in a defined region to ensure venues are adequately presented and best in class.
- Develop sales opportunities and the co-ordination and implementation of new product rollouts, services and upgrades to facilitate the achievement of sales growth objectives and drive performance across the licensed venue network
- Develop and execute approved sales strategies for venues growth through the sell in of promotions, merchandising and other targeted activities to agreed standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at each agent to promote the game of Keno and ensure the game is well presented at all times including POS, promotional displays, stationery.
- Prepare and supply accurate, timely and meaningful information relating to the assigned territory to all stakeholders, including regular reporting and feedback on effectiveness on sales, training and marketing activity and proposing solutions to gaps.
- Maintain all Venue information in a timely and accurate manner within Salesforce, along with recording visitation aims, outcomes and opportunities for every sales call
- Proactively work across all business units in TLC to deliver growth objectives in the Licensed Venue Channel
What you'll bring
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field is not a requirement but desirable
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service industry.
- Demonstrable high level of interpersonal and organisational skills
- Hold a current Driver's License
- Licensed Venue Experience preferred but not essential
