About the Role

· You'll report to the Payroll Manager.

· Be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our payroll processes run smoother than ever.

· Your expertise will help us stay compliant, efficient, and always ahead of the game.

· Ensure wages, PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation are processed with wizard-like precision.

· Conjure up end-of-year reports and meet ATO requirements with a flick of your wand.

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of payroll experience

· Financial or relevant qualification

· HR qualification with an IR focus is a plus

· Strong knowledge of payroll and time and attendance systems

· In-depth understanding of payroll legislative and governance compliance

· Experience with Blue and White Collar awards, EBAs, and terms and conditions

· Tech-savvy and ready to enhance payroll functionality

· Excellent communication skills to support and resolve payroll queries
