The University of Wollongong (UOW) Library plays a pivotal role in supporting the university’s mission by offering essential services that empower our diverse academic community. The Client Relationship Officer provides high-quality and proactive frontline library services to support the diverse information and resource needs of UOW students, staff and visitors. This role ensures effective daily operations across multiple in person and online service points by delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and inclusive client support, maintaining systems, and contributing to the Library’s commitment to exceptional user experience.

We are seeking candidates who have completed at least two stages of an associate diploma in Library and Information Services or possess equivalent qualifications or experience. You will bring demonstrated experience delivering high-impact, multi-channel client services, along with strong communication and client relationship skills. An understanding of service delivery technologies and analytics is essential, as is familiarity with library systems, digital platforms, and online tools.
