About The Role

As the Business Development Representative (BDR) at Quantaco, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging hospitality operators across pubs, clubs and restaurants throughout Australia.

This is an outbound sales and pipeline generation role focused on creating qualified opportunities for our Business Development team. You will engage venue operators and hospitality groups through proactive outreach, uncover operational and financial pain points, and introduce the value of Quantaco’s hospitality technology and accounting solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Sales in Sydney, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing to execute outbound campaigns, build relationships with prospective clients, and support national growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage hospitality operators across pubs, clubs and restaurants through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outbound channels
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Business Development team
  • Research prospects and personalise outreach using sales tools and HubSpot CRM
  • Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns and follow-up sequences
  • Build trusted relationships with venue owners, operators and key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect activity, pipeline progress and customer interactions within HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns and growth initiatives
  • Develop strong knowledge of Quantaco’s technology, accounting and operational solutions
  • Monitor pipeline activity, KPIs and outbound performance against targets

About You

  • Experience in business development, lead generation or outbound B2B sales
  • Experience within SaaS, technology, finance or service-based sales environments preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and prospecting skills
  • Confident with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement
  • Highly organised, proactive and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-focused sales environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot preferred
  • Hospitality industry exposure or interest in hospitality technology highly regarded
