Located in a state-of-the-art Salisbury Community Hub only 25 minutes from the CBD the role reports to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The Divisional Head People & Performance is responsible for leading, shaping and managing contemporary people and culture strategies, services, systems and capability. Key areas of responsibility include:
- leading all aspects of the People & Performance portfolio including workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, organisational development, performance management, training and development, wellbeing and safety, diversity and industrial relations;
- continuing to foster a productive, high performing and collaborative work environment that supports the organisation’s strategic priorities and service-oriented culture;
- providing high level P&C advice and support to the CEO, Deputy CEO and management;
- leading, developing and managing the People & Performance team in the provision of valued services across their areas of delivery;
- ensuring compliance, data integrity and workforce assurance across P&C systems, processes and reporting;
- developing and maintaining productive relationships with a range of key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation.
