We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our high-performing team in Cairns, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and asset performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
• Managing lease compliance, renewals, rent reviews and associated legal documentation
• Preparing and delivering monthly reports to property owners, supported by accurate financial analysis and portfolio insights
• Overseeing property-related financial transactions, including payment approvals and arrears management
• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve strong commercial outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial property management
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• High attention to detail and a professional, approachable style
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
