At Danone (Nutricia), we are looking for a Brand Manager – Older Adult Care ANZ to join our Healthcare Nutrition team. In this permanent role, you will drive the strategy and execution of the Fortisip Older Adult Care portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, delivering sustainable growth while improving outcomes for older adults.

Your Responsibilities

Lead portfolio strategy and execution

  • Co-develop and deliver the Older Adult Care portfolio strategy across pharmacy and aged care channels
  • Own end-to-end brand planning, execution and commercial delivery

Drive marketing excellence and growth

  • Lead integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and consumers
  • Develop and execute new product launches and innovation pipelines
  • Manage ATL/BTL activation, digital engagement and campaign performance optimisation

Deliver strong business performance

  • Lead monthly performance analysis, generating insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Manage brand P&L, A&P budgets and ROI evaluation
  • Partner with sales, supply chain and category teams to optimise execution and forecasting

Collaborate and influence cross-functionally

  • Work closely with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Digital, R&D and Global teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for pharmacy and aged care channels
  • Support field teams to maximise in-market performance

About you

About You

You are a commercially driven marketer with strong strategic thinking and a passion for delivering impact in healthcare or FMCG environments. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, combining data, insight and creativity to drive growth.

You are highly organised, proactive and a strong communicator, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex projects from concept through to execution.

Ideally, you will have

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in brand or product management within FMCG, healthcare or OTC
  • Strong experience in brand strategy, innovation and integrated campaign execution
  • Proven ability in data analysis, performance tracking and commercial decision-making
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Exposure to pharmacy or healthcare channels (highly regarded)
