We’re a close-knit team working across a wide range of projects, from early previs through to full VFX production and final delivery. You’ll sit alongside experienced supervisors, get regular shot feedback, and have genuine room to grow your craft.

As a mid-level Compositor, you know your way around a node graph and can deliver clean, well-integrated shots with independence. You’re curious, you take notes, and you’re always looking for a smarter way to do things.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deliver a broad range of compositing tasks – integration, keying, rotoscoping, colour matching, and beauty work – to brief and on time
• Work from supervisor feedback to iterate shots efficiently, understanding notes the first time and applying them broadly across your work
• Maintain clean, well-organised comp trees that other artists can hand off and pick up without confusion
• Explore and use AI-assisted tools – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be willing to experiment and share what you find
• Flag issues early

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years of compositing experience in a VFX studio environment with film and streaming
• Solid Nuke foundation – you’re comfortable with multi-channel EXRs, deep compositing basics, and building reusable gizmos
• A good eye for colour, integration, and light – you notice when something doesn’t sit and you know roughly how to fix it
• Calm under deadline pressure and open to direction from supervisors
• Curious about where the industry is heading, particularly around AI-assisted workflows and generative tools
