Reporting to the Scheduling manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning and scheduling the movement of our gas products – which include bulk and packaged gases in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.

Based in North Ryde, NSW you will be working towards providing a consistent and systematic approach to delivery planning for our products across Australia and New Zealand.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Plan and schedule bulk and packaged product deliveries in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner in line with service requirements
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve scheduling accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements (EA) and scheduling requirements
  • Work closely with Customer Service Centre (CSC) teams and operational sites to support delivery outcomes
  • Provide scheduling coverage and maintain continuity during team absences
  • You will identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to enhance business performance
  • Work shifts as required to support business and time zone requirements

What Makes You Great

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, planning or scheduling
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working with systems and data
  • High analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills suit your profile
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills is rquired in this role
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
