THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a pivotal role within the Cecure team, responsible for delivering the full end-to-end lifecycle of complex construction projects ranging from $2M to $30M+. Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of all project phases — from pre-construction planning, design, and authority approvals through to construction delivery and handover — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

Day-to-day you’ll serve as the primary client contact across the project lifecycle, driving program schedules and critical path management, and proactively protecting project margins through disciplined budget and variation control. You’ll lead a small team including a Project Coordinator and Contract Administrator, while working closely with Site Managers, Construction teams, consultants and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless delivery. From managing AS contracts and procurement strategies to overseeing WHS compliance and quality assurance frameworks, your role spans every dimension of project performance.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or residential construction, with a proven track record on projects of significant scale and complexity. A tertiary qualification in Construction, Architecture or a related discipline is preferred. You’ll be highly proficient in Microsoft Project and Procore (or similar), deeply familiar with AS contract suites, and comfortable reading architectural, structural, mechanical and hydraulic plans. Strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead and motivate a team are essential. Experience with strata, SDA, social housing or medium-density projects will be highly regarded.

• 5+ years project management experience in commercial or residential construction

• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical and hydraulic plans
• Strong financial acumen, stakeholder communication, and team leadership skills
• Experience with strata, SDA, social housing or medium-density projects highly regarded
