VR General Practitioner Supervisor

Swan Valley Medical (SVM) is seeking an experienced and motivated VR General

Practitioner Supervisor to join our growing and dynamic team as a Senior GP

Supervisor.

We welcome applications from Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

(AHPRA) registered VR GPs / Fellows (FRACGP or FACRRM) who are passionate about

mentoring and supporting the next generation of doctors.

-Provide

clinical supervision and mentorship to Level 1–3 GPs and International Medical

Graduates (IMGs) Support junior doctors in developing safe, competent, and

independent clinical practice

-Work

collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Contribute to

clinical governance, education, and professional development initiatives

-Opportunity

to supervise and support doctors across MM1–MM5 locations within Western

Australia

-Unrestricted

General or Specialist Registration with AHPRA

⁠FRACGP and/or FACRRM preferred

-⁠Experience

supervising or mentoring junior doctors highly regarded

⁠-Excellent communication, leadership, and

teamwork skills

⁠-Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
