We’re looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to step into a Team Leader role within our growing mobile allied health team across Western Sydney.
You’ll have a mixed role of leadership, mentoring and clinical work — supporting both your team and your participants to achieve genuine outcomes.
Our clinicians work in homes, schools, daycares, supported accommodation settings and out in the community. Every day is different, and we like it that way.

The role
- Lead and support a team of Speech Pathologists
- Provide supervision, mentoring and clinical guidance
- Deliver assessments, therapy and reports
- Support clinicians with complex cases and goal planning
- Collaborate with families, schools, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals
- Support both NDIS and private clients across the region.
- Community-based role with realistic workloads.
- Variety of age groups with broad clinical scope.
- Face to face fortnightly team catch-ups.
- Work from home when doing admin and planning.
The requirements
- Speech Pathology qualification.
- SPA membership.
- Driver’s licence and reliable car.
- Australian work rights.
- Experience with NDIS participants.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
