What will you do?

  • Supervise and manage table games operations, ensuring adherence to gaming regulations and company policies
  • Report any discrepancies or irregular activities from the floor to the Casino Shift Manager
  • Resolve and record table disputes, incidents, and violations
  • Maintain table floats, ensuring fills and credits are placed on designated tables
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of integrity, accuracy, and customer service excellence
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluation

More about you

  • 5+ years’ table games experience, including 1 year as an inspector, and experience as a Pit Manager
  • Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol, and Responsible Service of Gambling
  • Certificate in food safety or willing to obtain
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • High level of speed and accuracy in decision-making and operations
  • Proficiency in computer systems, numeracy, literacy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • NT Casino Operative License or able to obtain
