Ready to take charge of major hydraulic projects across Sydney?

We’re seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale commercial plumbing packages for one of the largest EBA commercial plumbing companies in Australia.

About The role

• Lead site delivery of major hydraulic plumbing packages
• Manage labour teams of 10–50 workers across active sites
• Oversee inground and commercial hydraulic works
• Coordinate materials, ordering, and site logistics
• Attend client meetings and manage on-site relationships
• Drive safety, quality, and program outcomes

About you

• Licensed hydraulic plumber (Essential)
• 5+ years’ Site Management experience (Tier 2–3 background ideal)
• Strong commercial and inground hydraulic experience
• Confident leading large teams and running fast-paced sites
• Proven delivery on large scale projects $10M–$30M
• Safety-first mindset with strong communication skills
