Residential CPV Valuer to join a well-established Sydney residential valuation team handling a strong mix of prestige long-form residential work alongside consistent mortgage and desktop valuation volume.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, wants to maximise their fee write, and is tired of fighting internally for territory or work allocation. The patch is yours to run properly across the Inner West into Canterbury-Bankstown and potentially further south for the right operator.

The biggest attraction here? There’s no cap on what you can earn. If you want to write fees, you’ll be supported to do exactly that without layers of internal competition diluting your patch or your income.

The Role

You’ll manage a healthy spread of:

  • Prestige residential valuations exceeding $5m+
  • Standard mortgage valuation work
  • Growing desktop and automated reporting volume
  • Private instruction and lender work
  • A mix of booked appointments and self-generated flexibility

You’ll work remotely with flexibility built in, while still having access to CBD office space in Pyrmont and future access to Pitt Street Head Office facilities. The wider team catches up quarterly for boardroom lunches and maintains a collaborative environment without forcing office attendance.

Importantly, this isn’t a “bums on seats” valuation environment. The structure is designed around flexibility, efficiency and allowing experienced CPVs to maximise both earnings and work-life balance.

Experience:

  • CPV qualification
  • Residential valuation experience within Sydney
  • Ability to independently manage a residential patch
  • Strong relationship management and turnaround capability
  • Comfortable handling both prestige and mortgage valuation work
