Social Media & Influencer Manager (Performance-Led) | Alexandria NSW, 5 days onsite.

Up to $95k + super (depending on experience),

We are looking for someone whose core strength is driving social media results.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate real commercial impact, not just strong creative execution.

Paid Social

  • Lead strategy, production and coordination of paid social campaigns with senior stakeholders
  • Drive performance through creative optimisation, testing and continuous improvement
  • Ensure high-impact, localised campaigns aligned to overall company strategy

Social Strategy

  • Build and execute a social strategy that drives engagement and sales
  • Define channel mix, content types, cadence and timing
  • Ensure integration across organic, paid and broader marketing campaigns, with organic feeding paid

Agile & Innovative

  • Stay ahead of platform algorithms, trends and new features
  • Test, learn and optimise content performance through ongoing experimentation
  • Rapidly execute ideas from concept through to posting

Content Creation

  • Oversee and optimise content production in line with brand and platform best practice
  • Be hands-on when needed across shooting, editing, copy and posting

Influencer Management

  • Develop and execute a commercially driven influencer strategy
  • Build programs that deliver both engagement and conversion
  • Manage relationships across influencers, talent and key personas

Content & Team Management

  • Oversee all social, influencer and campaign content ensuring it is on-brand and commercial
  • Manage team output and build a library of high-performing assets
  • Own end-to-end content across social, ads, video, YouTube, Pinterest and campaign shoots

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own performance reporting across social and influencer channels
  • Track and drive KPIs across engagement, growth and sales
  • Turn insights into new briefs and build a library of learnings

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who can hustle, drive high engagement and deliver strong results, staying ahead of trends and executing quickly
  • Strong understanding of what sells on social and in paid ads, with deep knowledge of influencers, talent, celebrities and current trends
  • Experience in fashion apparel is preferred and highly beneficial, or from beauty or lifestyle brands
  • Essential: exposure to the US market, with a solid understanding of US social and influencer landscape
