We’re now looking for our next Associate/Recruitment Consultant to join the team.
This role is less about having the “perfect background” and more about finding the right person.
If you’re driven, commercially motivated, naturally curious, and excited by the thrill of placing candidates and building relationships - we want to hear from you.
Whether you already have recruitment experience or come from a Healthcare, Sports Science, Anatomy, or Medically aligned background, this could be an incredible opportunity to build a long-term career in one of the most exciting sectors in recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll join a high-performing MedTech recruitment team focused across:
- Medical Devices
- Healthcare Sales Recruitment
- Territory Managers & Account Managers
- Clinical & Commercial MedTech roles
This is a permanent recruitment role with exposure to some of the best-known MedTech brands across Australia and New Zealand.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Building relationships with candidates and clients across ANZ
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality talent
- Learning how to run a high-performing specialist desk
- Attending client meetings, conferences and industry events
- Working closely with experienced recruiters and leadership
- Becoming a trusted advisor in a niche and growing sector

Experience We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years recruitment experience preferred
- Healthcare, Anatomy, Sports Science or medically aligned backgrounds are highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
- Commercial mindset and strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
