Are you a Speech Pathologist who wants to do meaningful work with children and families in a supportive, growing paediatric practice?

At Pouch Kids Therapy, we believe therapy should feel safe, practical and personal. We work closely with children and their families to build confidence, communication, connection and participation across home, school and community life.

We are a paediatric allied health clinic based in Chatswood, supporting children with a range of developmental needs, including autism, ADHD, language delays, speech sound difficulties, social communication challenges, emotional regulation needs and developmental delays.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join us and become part of the next chapter of Pouch Kids Therapy.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and values building strong relationships with families.

Your role may include

• Providing individualised speech pathology sessions for children
• Supporting communication, language development, speech clarity, social communication and play skills
• Conducting assessments and developing therapy plans
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, schools and other allied health professionals
• Providing practical strategies families can use beyond the therapy room
• Supporting children in clinic, school, home or community settings where appropriate
• Contributing to a warm, family-centred and child-led therapy environment

About You

You may be a new graduate ready to begin your Speech Pathology career, or an experienced clinician looking for a workplace where your work feels valued.
