About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and campaign support to the Talent and Social team, ensuring marketing activities are delivered efficiently and in line with supplier agreement obligations. The role is responsible for coordinating routine and ad hoc administrative tasks, supporting campaign execution across all social channels, and assisting with influencer outreach across campaigns, send outs and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver administrative and operational support activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.

• Assist in resolving administrative issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Manage administrative requests and queries from senior managers within the social media and influencer marketing teams, including expense management and document coordination.

• Provide day-to-day support to the team across various tasks and priorities as required.

• Coordinate guest list invitations and manage RSVP tracking for events and activations.

• Support wider team members in the delivery of their roles and responsibilities.

• Gather insights and campaign data from influencer activity to support reporting and performance tracking.

• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.

• Accurately input campaign details and associated rates into CreatorIQ to support effective tracking and reporting.

• Source, build, and maintain influencer databases and contact lists for campaign use.

• Provide support across influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, and events as required.

Key Selection Criteria

• Secondary education qualification required.

• Previous professional experience within the healthcare industry preferred.

• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks and responsibilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced Excel skills highly regarded.

• Financial acumen and ability to manage administrative financial processes advantageous.

• Experience using SharePoint desirable.

• Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach.

• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities and business needs.
