YOUR ROLE

The DRI Program Manager, Cross Function is accountable for leading and delivering the cross-functional stream as part of the Digital Reimagination (DRI) Program. This encompasses improvements in processes, controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance and user experience that span all streams – Finance, Payroll, Procurement, HR and ICT, of DRI.

This is a fixed-term contract until end of June 2018

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Program Leadership & Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end integrated delivery of the cross functional requirements across the DRI Program

Cross-Stream Planning, Integration & Dependency Management

  • Support the maintenance of a single, integrated program plan and dependency map covering all DRI workstreams and external interdependencies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Operate as a trusted senior partner to key internal and external stakeholders.

Schools Rollout & Federated Delivery

  • Provide cross-program leadership of the staged DRI rollout across approximately 300 Catholic schools , ensuring delivery is sequenced, coordinated and sustainable.

Delivery Assurance, Risk & Quality

  • Establish and uphold delivery standards, quality gates and assurance practices across all streams and enabling functions.

People Leadership

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary cross-program team, with matrix authority across the broader DRI delivery community.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

  • Provide accountability for cross-function financial management of the enabling functions and the integrated program delivery budget – planning, forecasting, expenditure control and variance reporting.

ABOUT YOU

  • Highly demonstrable and relevant senior leadership experience managing the integrated delivery of large-scale, multi-stream transformation programs.
  • A minimum of 12–15 years' experience leading enterprise programs, including direct leadership of SAP and/or other ERP-enabled transformations at scale.
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end program delivery on behalf of a Program Director – from integrated plan and roadmap through delivery, go-live, hypercare and BAU embedment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-program enabling functions (Change & Communications, Business Analysis & Process, PMO, planning, assurance) and integrating their work seamlessly with functional delivery streams.
  • Strong capability orchestrating delivery for large, dispersed rollouts (e.g. schools, branches or site networks) and federated organisational structures.
  • Excellent program leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams through direct and matrix authority.
  • Deep practical knowledge of program/project delivery frameworks (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, hybrid) and the ability to tailor and apply them in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of program/project delivery processes, governance, assurance and compliance requirements.
