Site Supervisor - Structure

A well-regarded commercial builder is seeking a Structures Supervisor to oversee the structural delivery of a $35m apartment development in Balwyn.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder with a strong reputation across Melbourne’s medium-density residential market, delivering high-quality projects with an experienced and supportive leadership team.

The project consists of a 4 level apartment development featuring complex structural sequencing and high-end finishes. The successful candidate will take ownership of the structure phase and play a key role in driving trades, safety, and quality outcomes on site.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising all structure-related site activities from excavation through to topping out
• Managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tension subcontractors
• Coordinating trades, deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintaining a high standard of site safety and quality assurance

About You

• Proven experience supervising structure packages on apartment or commercial projects
• Strong understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality outcomes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills on site
