Account Manager

Global Health Limited

About Global Health

Global Health Limited (ASX: GLH) is an Australian-listed healthcare technology company headquartered in Melbourne. We build the clinical and patient engagement software that helps hospitals, community health, allied health, mental health and specialist providers deliver better care.

Our product suite includes MasterCare+ (a modern clinical and case management platform), MasterCare PAS (our hospital patient administration system), HotHealth (Digital Front Door and patient portal) and ReferralNet (Australia's longest-running secure clinical messaging network).

As we accelerate growth across our hospital, allied and community health customer base, we are expanding our sales team and hiring an ambitious early-career Account Manager to own customer relationships, grow revenue and convert warm pipeline.

The role

You will own a defined book of existing customers and a steady stream of warm inbound leads. You will run the full sales cycle — discovery, demonstration, proposal and close — and you will be measured on revenue growth from your accounts.

You will get a structured onboarding into our products, our customers and the Australian healthcare sector, with mentoring from senior colleagues across the sales and product teams. You will not be left to figure it out alone, but you will be expected to ramp quickly and start carrying real targets.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will spend most of your week on calls, in demos, in customer meetings and in HubSpot.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing customers across hospitals, community health, allied health and specialist segments.

• Upsell and cross-sell across the product suite

• Qualify and convert warm inbound leads generated through marketing, referrals, conferences and partnerships.

• Run product demonstrations of all core products

• Develop proposals using our standard proposal template, including pricing and implementation framing.

• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and activity data in HubSpot.

• Hit assigned revenue and activity targets.

• Work closely with the sales and product teams on account planning, forecasting and quarterly reviews.

• Represent Global Health at industry events, conferences and webinars.

About you

• A qualification in health science, nursing, allied health, public health or a related healthcare discipline — or demonstrated, substantive exposure to the Australian healthcare sector through prior work, clinical placements or industry experience. You need to be able to hold your own in a conversation with a clinician or hospital executive.

• Recent graduate or 1–3 years' work experience. Customer-facing or commercial exposure (paid or internship) is an advantage.

• Confident and articulate with customers. You can pick up the phone, run a video call, and present to a room without flinching. You are easy and credible to talk to.

• Genuinely interested in the Australian healthcare system — funding flows, providers, clinical workflows, the lot. You don't need to know every acronym (PHN, PMHC, DVA, Medicare — you will go deeper on these), but you should already have a working baseline.

• Fast learner. You will be expected to come up to speed on complex clinical software and demo it credibly to customers within your first few months.

• Strong, native user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar). This is non-negotiable — we are an AI-forward sales team and we expect you to already use AI fluently for research, drafting, prep and problem-solving. This is one area where early-career candidates often outperform more senior sellers and we want someone who brings that edge.

• Disciplined and organised. You follow process, keep CRM data clean and do what you said you would do.

• Competitive and motivated by results. You want to hit your number and grow your earnings.

• Coachable. You take feedback well and apply it fast.

• Clear, professional written communication in Australian English.

Nice to have

• Prior customer-facing or commercial experience — retail, hospitality, call centre, internships, B2B sales.

• Exposure to community health, allied health, mental health or hospital environments.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).

What we offer

• A genuine launchpad into a sales career in Australian health tech, with structured onboarding and direct mentoring from the Sales Manager.

• Competitive base salary plus commission — uncapped, so your earnings grow as you do.

• A defined book of business and a steady warm pipeline — you will not be cold-calling all day.

• Modern, AI-enabled sales tooling and a leadership team that actively encourages you to experiment with new ways of working.

• ASX-listed company with a clear growth strategy — real career progression as the business grows.

• Direct exposure to product, executive and customer conversations from day one.
