About Role
As our Medical Secretary for the consulting suites, you are responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to patients and their families upon their arrival to the clinic.

About You;
Your Skills And Experience
- To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and enjoys being part of a busy environment.
- The ability to converse and be empathetic while managing a busy flow of multiple doctor’s appointment dairy, phone calls, emails etc.
- You will have strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working in a team of doctors, nurses, psychologist, administrators, clinical and non-clinical staffs.
- Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of Programs
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of a specialist practice setting, Medical Terminology are highly desired, though not essential.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments.
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry, billing, banking, and stationary order
Desirable
- Demonstrated minimum 2 year experience in a hospital/medical administrative position
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience ideally Zedmed, is highly desired, though not essential.
