Dare Recruitment has been exclusively retained by a highly regarded boutique firm, to recruit an Estate Planning lawyer into their growing team as an Associate or Senior Associate depending on experience.

This is not standard wills work — this premium practice advises business owners, family enterprises and high-net-worth clients on sophisticated structuring, asset protection, tax and intergenerational wealth transfer.

The Firm

Our client operates with a genuinely modern model — no billable hours, hybrid flexibility and strong systems to reduce administrative burden. You'll advise on strategy, run your own matters and build long-term client relationships, supported by capable drafting assistance from a team of paralegals.

The Work

• Complex estate planning & testamentary trust structures
• Family succession & structuring
• Asset protection & risk strategies
• Superannuation death benefits
• POA & guardianship arrangements
• Close collaboration with accountants, financial advisers and other professionals is a feature of the role.

About You

• 3+ years' PAE in wills & estates, estate planning or private client work
• Confident client communicator — relationship-first approach
• Solid technical grounding in succession law; tax exposure is a strong plus but not essential
• Comfortable running matters with appropriate autonomy and sound judgement
