The Registered Nurse/CMH Clinician will provide comprehensive strengths based and recover focused assessments with consumers and the formulation of time limited packages of care signed off by consumers and their care givers. These packages will detail the clinical mental health services and other wraparound supports to be provided.

You will be based at the Community Mental Health, Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service located on the Prince of Wales Hospital campus, Randwick

Position Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of persons with a mental illness in a community setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to a consumer focussed recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning.
- Demonstrated sound written and oral communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated skills in time management.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel in accordance with the position.
