What You Will Be Doing
As an Operations Technician Leading Hand, your responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a small operations team across daily maintenance activities
- Completing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on modular hire fleet assets
- Preparing buildings and equipment for transport and customer delivery
- Conducting inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Promoting a strong safety culture and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
- White Card in Construction
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand or senior operations role
- Experience within maintenance, construction, modular buildings, or a similar industry
- Ability to lead by example and support team productivity
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and operational standards
- Right to Works in Australia
- Ability to pass pre-employment & Drug/Alcohol Testing
