As a Level 4 ED, the environment is fast paced, diverse, and deeply rewarding, giving you exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations and the ability to make a meaningful impact every shift. New staff are supported through a comprehensive, competency based orientation program designed to build confidence, strengthen clinical capability, and ensure a smooth transition into the team. With a blend of structured learning, hands on instruction, and innovative teaching approaches, the program sets you up for success whether you’re new to emergency nursing or bringing advanced expertise.
