Role: Operations Executive (Remote)

Company: Air Move (Powered by Move My Stuff)

Location: Work from Home

Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST (Overlapping with AEST)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day logistics workflows for Air Move’s moving and delivery operations.

Provide real‑time support to internal teams, drivers, partners, and customers to keep jobs on track.

Answer inbound calls, handle queries, and escalate issues to the right team.

Make outbound calls to update customers on delivery status, ETAs, and resolutions.

Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.

Handle complaints with empathy, clear communication, and timely follow‑through.

Support selected Move My Stuff operational activities as the parent brand grows across Australia.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in operations or logistics (international / time‑sensitive experience is a plus).

Strong verbal and written communication with a customer‑first mindset.

Comfortable working under pressure, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.

Sharp problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Proven experience resolving customer grievances and driving issues to closure.

Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
