Your New Role

This role will be responsible for setting and executing the financial strategy across ANZ. You will lead a small finance team overseeing group consolidated financial reporting in a multi-country environment, review costings for projects, budgeting & forecasting planning, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance. Reporting to the CEO the role works with business unit heads and finance stakeholders to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and make recommendations for efficiency improvements for costs optimisation. You will play a pivotal role in finance and business transformation initiatives as the business continues to drive down cost and focus on profitability.

What You Need to Succeed

Ideally candidates should have been responsible for providing BU leadership teams with visibility of financial performance, including key trends, detailed cost and margin analysis and projections from manufacturing or engineering projects environment. Consolidated reporting of small subsidiaries will also be highly regarded but not essential. Aspirational finance controllers are also encouraged to apply.
