High Performing Mortgage Broker

TFS Global Brokers is looking for a High Performing Mortgage Broker to join our Melbourne team.

What you’ll get:

$150K–$180K base salary + uncapped commissions

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of Australian banking or mortgage broking experience

A proven settlement track record with consistent performance

Existing referral networks and strong client relationship skills

The drive to originate, grow, and deliver exceptional client outcomes

This role is built for experienced brokers who already know how to perform in a competitive market and are ready to scale further with the right support behind them.
