About The Role

The Student Learning Support Officer (SLSO) provides essential support to students and staff.

The role involves assisting with classroom integration, promoting student growth, and ensuring access to appropriate resources.

Experience

  • Contemporary understanding of the education setting
  • Demonstrated understanding of social and emotional needs of students
  • Ability to relieve Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualification in Education Support OR working towards
  • First aid and CPR certificate
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
