Delivery Lead

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead who can take ideas and turn them into outcomes. Someone who thrives on keeping things moving, bringing people together, and getting projects delivered the right way

This is a hands on delivery role where you’ll own projects end-to-end and keep everything on track.

• Leading project planning and setting clear direction from day one
• Managing multiple projects and priorities across the business
• Coordinating people, resources and timelines to get things done
• Keeping projects on track — adjusting plans as needed to hit deadlines
• Working closely with stakeholders, building strong relationships along the way
• Managing risks, solving problems early and keeping things moving
• Preparing reports and updates for leadership
• Overseeing documentation, contracts and project governance
• Supporting tenders and submissions where needed
• Continuously improving how we deliver projects

How will you support our “Why?”

• Experience in a Delivery Lead or Project Management role (around 3+ years)
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
• Solid stakeholder management skills — you can work across teams and levels
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
• A practical, problem-solving mindset
• Clear communication — written and verbal
• Experience using tools like Jira, MS Project or similar
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (nice to have, not essential)
