Regional Manager | Brisbane
We are seeking a Regional Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Regional Manager is responsible for managing a team of brokers and leading a client portfolio whilst also implementing strategies which focuses on growth and portfolio retention.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across a diverse industry portfolio.
- Oversee key stakeholder relationships and focus on client experience enhancement.
- Identify development opportunities for your designated portfolio and design of appropriate servicing solutions.
- Grow new and profitable business within the mid-market segment.
- Lead and manage an established team, overseeing recruitment/HR/performance management.
- Mentorship and development of junior team members within the region.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:
- Experienced Insurance Broker with leadership experience/capabilities
- Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
- Hold Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance
- Excellent client relationship management capabilities
- Experience or interest in mentorship.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business success.
