What You’ll Be Doing

As an Engineering Delivery Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of technical initiatives and continuous improvement across software engineering squads. You will act as the operational link between business and technical teams, ensuring effective execution of project pipelines, release management, and delivery governance.

Supporting multiple delivery pods, you will translate strategic intent into clear, actionable work, remove blockers, facilitate agile rituals, and improve flow efficiency to enable high-quality delivery aligned to commercial and customer outcomes.

• Delivery Execution & Coordination: Lead end-to-end software delivery for cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes across the SDLC. Facilitate agile ceremonies, promote delivery best practices, manage backlogs, and translate high-level initiatives into sprint-ready work with clear outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to set priorities and manage delivery plans. Provide clear stakeholder communication through structured updates and reporting (e.g. RAID), ensuring effective collaboration and handovers between business and technical teams.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure delivery aligns with established governance and CTM Flow, meeting all commercial, security, and regulatory requirements through structured, auditable processes.
• Continuous Improvement & Metrics: Monitor delivery health through velocity, risk, and dependency tracking. Proactively address blockers and lead improvements in planning accuracy, estimation, quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Team Enablement & Culture: Support Engineering Managers in building team capability and a high-performance culture, fostering continuous learning, agile ways of working, and knowledge sharing across teams.

What Sets You Apart

Technology related Degree or relevant industry experience. Formal certification is desirable.

Experience

• 3+ years in software delivery roles (e.g., Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Iteration Manager)
• Hands-on experience facilitating agile delivery, managing release cycles, and simultaneously supporting multiple cross-functional technical teams
• Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with modern delivery toolchains (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
