Key Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, welding, and repairs on trucks, trailers, and transport equipment
• Carry out maintenance and structural modifications as required
• Diagnose faults and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to minimise downtime

Requirements

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) or equivalent (essential)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the transport or heavy vehicle industry
• Strong welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
