What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor PBS practitioners to deliver high-quality, compliant support aligned with NDIS and firm's models of care
- Provide regular supervision, manage QA processes, and maintain documentation standards
- Participate in monthly audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Hold a focused caseload across the lifespan (7-65), including assessment, collaborative intervention planning, outcome measurement, and reporting
- Work with leadership to improve systems, strengthen service delivery, and reduce risk of complaints or non-compliance
- Support onboarding and training of new staff, address performance concerns early, and foster a positive, accountable team culture
What You'll Bring
- NDIS PBS Registration (Proficient or Advanced preferred)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, OT, Social Work, Counselling, or related field)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, driver's licence, and reliable vehicle
- 3+ years' experience in PBS / ABA / behaviour therapy, including complex presentations
- Strong clinical judgement in compliance and risk
- Proven ability to build capability across practitioners with varying experience levels in a hybrid team environment
