What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor PBS practitioners to deliver high-quality, compliant support aligned with NDIS and firm's models of care
  • Provide regular supervision, manage QA processes, and maintain documentation standards
  • Participate in monthly audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Hold a focused caseload across the lifespan (7-65), including assessment, collaborative intervention planning, outcome measurement, and reporting
  • Work with leadership to improve systems, strengthen service delivery, and reduce risk of complaints or non-compliance
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff, address performance concerns early, and foster a positive, accountable team culture

What You'll Bring

  • NDIS PBS Registration (Proficient or Advanced preferred)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, OT, Social Work, Counselling, or related field)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, driver's licence, and reliable vehicle
  • 3+ years' experience in PBS / ABA / behaviour therapy, including complex presentations
  • Strong clinical judgement in compliance and risk
  • Proven ability to build capability across practitioners with varying experience levels in a hybrid team environment
